Interim operational and strategic assignment involving the merger of marketing and communication functions.
The objective was to build a new team and set the guidelines for the future. Operationally, planned marketing and communication activities, budget management, press and internal communication, and events such as sponsoring Vasaloppet were carried out during the period.
The results included two successful sales campaigns, the establishment of a new efficient team, increased visibility, and satisfied clients.
